The Angel Ball: Unmasking Loss 2023
Join us for a night of elegance and remembrance at the Slover Library as we raise funds and awareness for pregnancy and infant loss. The evening will feature a masquerade theme, with guests invited to don their finest formal attire and masks as they mingle and enjoy a guest speaker, raffle, dinner, and dancing.
Guests will enjoy the raffles and competitive live auction—all for a good cause!
But the highlight of the evening will surely be the fashion show, where guests will have the opportunity to honor their angel babies by showcasing one-of-a-kind angel wings they have created. The show will be a poignant tribute to the loved ones we have lost and a celebration of the strength and resilience of those who have been affected by pregnancy and infant loss.
Don’t miss this unforgettable evening of beauty and support. Get your tickets now and help us make a difference in the lives of families who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss.

Raquel Horn
Angel Ball Guest Speaker
First working as an assistant to music mogul Damon Dash in 2009 and then forming media collective DD172 (Tribeca, NY), this partnership has birthed diverse projects and ventures.
Their recent engagement, coupled with the birth of their son “Baby Dusko” inspired a children’s book and an innovative parenting curriculum entitled From the Womb to Three: Syllabus.
The Health is Wealth Cooking Show provides healthy tips and lifestyle choices while demonstrating a practical and stress-free way to prepare “clean” meals. The new season highlights how cooking can improve mental health while revealing Raquel’s journey from pregnancy loss to thriving in her healing.
