Honor a Life Song Workshop

Honor a Life Song Workshop

Songwriting Workshop for Kennedy’s Angel Gowns

The mission of Honor a Life is to create a lasting musical legacy. Attendees will be present and contribute to making a dedicated song for Kennedy’s Angel Gowns. Share your pregnancy and infant loss memories as a bereaved mother or father as a contribution to the piece. The final version will debut at The Angel Ball on May 14, 2022.

A reserved ticket is required to attend virtually. Seating is limited to 15 persons; a waitlist will be available. If a spot becomes available, you will have 2 hours to respond.

Should I participate?
If you are a bereaved parent that openly shares their loss experience (or desires to) and can articulate your emotional journey, you would be a valuable asset to the workshop. A questionnaire will be shared with you with prompts to give your input on the song creation.

Do I have to be a bereaved parent to attend?
Yes, it is preferred. This event is a good fit if you have first-hand experience with pregnancy and infant loss.

Will I get a song for my angel baby?
No, Tina Micula will write the song for Kennedy’s Angel Gowns to honor all angel babies. Shared loss experiences help develop the piece.
